Q: How does pricing work?
A: Each booking includes the base cart + umbrella hire ($250), plus a per-person price based on your guest numbers. A minimum of 30 guests is required for all bookings.
Q: How long do you stay at events?
A: All packages include up to 2 hours of styled set-up and service, with the option to extend for $80 per additional hour.
Q: What’s the booking process?
A: Simple! Fill out our Enquiry Form with your event details, and we’ll send you a personalised quote.
Q: Do you cater to dietary requirements?
A: Yes! We can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options. Just include any dietary notes when submitting your enquiry form.
Q: Do you travel outside the Gold Coast?
A: We sure do! We service the Gold Coast metro area (delivery from $50) and also travel to Brisbane and Byron Bay for an additional fee of $130–$150.
Q: What’s included with the cart hire?
A: Each package includes the cart + umbrella, all display props, and everything needed for a beautiful set-up. Optional mini boards, sundae cups, or takeaway boxes can be added on request.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date, especially during weekends or peak wedding season.
Q: What types of events do you cater for?
A: All kinds! From weddings and birthdays to corporate functions, engagements, and private parties, if it’s a celebration, we’ll bring the graze.
Q: What happens after I enquire?
A: You’ll receive an email within 24–48 hours with your personalised quote and next steps. Once your deposit is paid, we’ll confirm your booking and finalise all the details closer to the event.
Q: What if the weather changes?
A: For outdoor events, we recommend a shaded or covered space for your cart. If weather becomes unsuitable, we’ll do our best to adjust or move your setup indoors if possible.
